Mark Jankowske spent twenty years in hospital medicine — more than ten thousand patients, half his shifts at night, most of his cases arriving after something had already broken. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics and Obesity Medicine, and holds a fellowship in Longevity Medicine through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. He also holds an MBA and is a Certified Physician Executive. He did not build that credential stack to hang on a wall. He built it because reading a man's metabolism, his hormones, his cardiovascular risk, his body composition and his physical performance as one connected picture requires a physician who has been trained across all of it — not a subscription service optimizing one number, and not a seven-minute visit organized around what is billable. He knows the inside of the system he left. He spent two decades in it. And he knows what it was never designed to find. What made it personal was that mid-stretch of shifts he nearly passed out on the floor of his own hospital and was walked into the same Emergency Department where he had admitted a thousand others. He stopped waiting, got everything measured, and rebuilt how he ate and trained around a schedule that never got easier. Thirty-five pounds lighter, sleeping through the night, with energy for his family. He built Enduro Performance Medicine in Park City to do for other men what the system he came from was never designed to do: measure what actually predicts the next twenty years, read it all as one picture, and own the build with one accountable physician from start to finish.
